The Subject line is Welcome Again! spelled backwards.

The encoded message is from the King James Version of the Holy Bible. It is

God said to Moses, "I am who
I am. This is what you are to
say to the Israelites: 'I AM
has sent me to you.' "

So, did you notice that the second encrypted message came from the second book of the Bible?

How long will this pattern continue?

If it keeps happening it will give you an important clue to the solution of the puzzle.

Maybe too good a clue.
